APIHub acts as a marketplace intermediary between API providers and consumers. For personal data processed through third-party APIs, the API provider is the data controller, while APIHub acts as a data processor only as necessary for platform operations (e.g., payments, billing). Requests regarding third-party APIs must be addressed directly to the API provider. Sensitive Personal Data Unless requested, do not send us sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers, racial/ethnic info, political opinions, religion, health, biometrics, criminal history, or union affiliation). 3. Local storage is used only to store a JSON Web Token (JWT) securely for session management. No marketing or behavioral tracking occurs via local storage. 6.
